Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Animanage practice management platform, operated by Tinyvine Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Animanage provides cloud-based practice management software for canine hydrotherapy and allied animal health clinics. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software during your subscription.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 18 or older and authorised to act on behalf of your clinic to create an account.

Acceptable use

You may use Animanage only for lawful practice management purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the software, access other customers' data, or use the service to store illegal content.

Your data

You own the data you enter into Animanage. We process it only to provide the service. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we will retain your data for 90 days before deletion, during which you can request an export.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused time except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

Free trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial your account will move to a free read-only state unless you subscribe.

Uptime and support

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Support is provided by email. We do not guarantee response times, but aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Animanage is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
